Shipping Terms.
Our pricing is extremely competitive. We do offer local delivery in New Orleans and other areas. It depends on the size of the order and what is being delivered. We can do prepaid shipping, please reach out and ask. UPS costs are often more than 25% the cost of an item.

EXCEPTIONS We will contact you if item is too big to be shipped and cancel the order as needed. Your credit card will not be charged and transaction voided if this is the case. An example of this is a Storm Door. It's only 46lbs, but the dimensions make the freight cost more than the door. Our shipping program is not accurate enough to estimate it properly.
DISCONTINUED In our current retail environment, suppliers are constantly discontinuing product. We will notify you promptly if this is the case and cancel the order.
Returns
Defective products will be credited or exchanged depending on situation and manufacturers warranty. Items shipped wrong will be picked up at no cost and correct item shipped. Items ordered by mistake can be returned for credit and may be assessed a restocking fee.
